We do not accept returns or exchange Policy. The service or product can be returned only if Wrong Product is delivered only after email communication at support@jenechemicals.inwithin 07 days of receipt of product at sole discretion of JENE CHEMICALS.

Upon receipt of the returned product and after standard inspection of the product, we will notify you via e-mail or WhatsApp within a reasonable period of time. After confirmation we will issue a refund or resend the correct product without any extra cost. In case of refund the amount will be refunded using the original method of payment. The refund would take 8 to 10 working days to be processed from our payment partner. Refunds and resend of product will be at sole discretion of JENE CHEMICALS Management.

Refunds includes the amount paid by customer during the purchase of the Product. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. Any dispute will be subject to Thane Jurisdiction.
