Refund Policy
We do not accept returns. A product or service can only be returned if an incorrect item is delivered, and only after written communication is sent to support@jenechemicals.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Approval for return is at the sole discretion of JENE CHEMICALS.

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a standard inspection. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp within a reasonable timeframe. Upon confirmation, we will either issue a refund or send the correct product at no additional cost.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 8 to 10 working days, depending on our payment partner. The decision to approve a refund or replacement lies solely with the JENE CHEMICALS management team.
Refunds include only the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase. Shipping charges for returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
Any disputes will be subject to Thane jurisdiction.
